Changes to your agreement – from 1 Dec 2016

From 1 December, there will be changes to your personalised agreement. This restructured agreement is designed to simplify how you can calculate any shipment without any surprises. Once rolled out, they will be held until the end of 2017. Rest assured though, if you have any questions or if you need to request a quotation over the phone you can still do that as before.
