The role will incorporate identification of key drivers and levers which can be pulled to improve financial performance. In practice there are several layers to the role:
• Production of regionally specific reporting to supplement group reporting that is in existence.
• Ensure that existing and new deals are priced, structured and implemented to meet expectations
• Ensure that management accounting reflects the correct operational activity
• Produce forward looking forecasts/budgets as well as retrospective analysis
• Be “Hands On” and provide real time financial support for the region
Deploying strong , hands-on , management and leadership skills you will galvanise the operational team to deliver service excellence and a progressive network development programme. Team development , mentoring and coaching wherever necessary to ensure direct reports are fully engaged so their various targets are achieved and continually improved.
