Our response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation

A message from Carousel CEO, Jonathan Simpson-Dent, on the measures Carousel continues to take to keep our client businesses moving through the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

NB. This article reflects our perspective as of 8 January 2021.

As we continue to face restrictions and local lockdowns across Europe, I want to remind our clients that Carousel is doing whatever it takes &more to fulfil our purpose to keep world-class businesses moving.

We’ve changed the way we work to ensure distribution of service critical parts and products to minimise the impact COVID-19 has on our clients’ supply chains. We continue to monitor and respond to advice and regulations from European, country and regional bodies on COVID-19 requirements.

We’ve adapted our business, invested in our team and processes and embedded the ways we work to:

  • Protect the safety and wellbeing of our network, our partners and Team Carousel
  • Keep our pan-European Service Centres and service critical supply chains operational to meet clients’ enhanced requirements and expectations.

A truly Connected Service Logistics approach is needed now more than any other time in recent memory. We’re very proud to be supporting our clients through these difficult times, and I know that each and every member of Team Carousel remains committed to our clients and your customers.
