Klaus Rud Sejling has more than 15 years’ experience in executive roles with Maersk – across strategy, commercial, operations and has also been Global CEO of Damco, one of the world’s largest freight forwarders and special logistics companies. Klaus joined DANX as investor and Board member in 2018 and was appointed CEO of DANX in January 2020.In 2022, he supported in the merger of the business with critical service logistics specialist, Carousel Logistics. As CEO of the merged group, he leads a passionate team focused on achieving the jointly-held ambition of becoming the leader for critical service logistics in Europe.
Lars joined Carousel in September 2021, with strong background in logistics and supply chain management, from a supplier, customer and management consultant perspective. As CSO Lars will develop and grow operational effectiveness across the business, to deliver customer satisfaction and business growth.
Malene joined DANX in 2013 and became Chief HR Officer following the company’s merger with Carousel Logistics in 2022. Malene takes overall responsibility for HR and development, driving internal excellence across the merged group. She manages all aspects of the people agenda including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, employee development and internal communications.
Tim is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving commercial success and has held business and client development roles within Carousel Logistics for the last eight years. His strategic acumen and customer-centric approach will strengthen our partnerships and expand our reach in the market.
Mohan brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation and innovation having held product, system and governance roles at DSV Global Transport Logistics and SEB for the last 11 years. Having held CFO roles at Unifeeder, A.P.Moller – Maersk, Maersk Supply Service and Maersk Line for the last 18 years, his strong financial stewardship will guide us in achieving sustainable financial growth and operational excellence.

As the Director of Corporate Field Operations, Swen led a range of projects in France and the United States, showcasing his adaptability and leadership. Furthermore, his career also features conducting due diligence in Ireland and the US, adding a unique and insightful dimension to his wealth of experience.
