Analyst – UK

We are looking for a Configuration Analyst who will be responsible for carrying out ongoing configuration to core systems within a change-controlled environment. The role will assist in the definition, test and documentation of new client configuration requirements, lead UAT on discrete changes and convert business requirements into technical solutions. A key requirement of the role is to ensure that systems are maintained and enhanced in line with Company practice and client contracted requirements. You will also be required to trouble-shoot and resolve any configuration related data issues.

Hours: 37.5 hours
Status: Permanent

Key Criteria/ Requirements:

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Experience within Change controlled environment

Experience managing configuration in complex Enterprise applications

Exposure to XML

Familiarity with MS Dynamics perspective beneficial

Experience within Logistics industry

Able to communicate using both IT speak and user language

Comfortable owning a task to completion

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Positive and proactive mindset

Key Accountabilities:

Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within agreed deadlines

Develop and maintain configuration requirements documentation

Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner

Review and recommend changes to existing configuration practices

Lead User Acceptance Testing on discrete changes
