Configuration Analyst (Hybrid Role)

 

Reporting to the Integration Services Manager, the Configuration Analyst will be responsible for carrying out ongoing configuration to core systems within a change-controlled environment.

 

The Configuration Analyst will assist in the definition, test and documentation of new client configuration requirements, lead UAT on discrete changes and convert business requirements into technical solutions.

 

Typical client configurations will consist of account and user setup, service ratings, service routing and service SLA’s. Each case will require accurate definition and manipulation of data using a number of technology tools.

 

A key requirement of this role is to ensure that systems are maintained and enhanced in line with company practice and client contracted requirements. You will also be required to trouble-shoot and resolve any configuration related data issues.

 

This role requires technical acumen and a proactive approach working closely with management and other business stakeholders and teams.


Qualifications

 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable owning a task to completion
  • Positive and proactive mindset
  • Exposure to XML
  • Experience manipulating and managing data within Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics perspective beneficial
  • Able to communicate using both IT speak and user language
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
