🔑 Key Responsibilities: 

As a Key Account Manager at Carousel Logistics, your primary role is to drive growth, retention, and conversion within your client base. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Key Clients, aligning with our company’s objectives. 
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and industry influencers. 
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. 
  • Create and deliver value propositions in a concise and compelling manner. 


🎯 Desired Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry.  
  • Degree or equivalent level of education.  
  • Competence in utilizing lead generating platforms.  
  • Proven use of CRM to track and manage the pipeline.
