Senior HR Advisor (Dublin)

We are looking for a HR Advisor in Dublin to provide first line advice and support on all people related issues to our sites whilst remaining consistent with internal policies and procedures and current legislation. The role will work closely with managers, building relationships, trust and credibility whilst supporting the teams, and integrating the HR model – providing an inclusive approach to all HR related activity. The HR Advisor will work in a generalist capacity across the full employee lifecycle within the business areas. The role will play an active part in the delivery of people related projects and strategic HR, whilst working in a fast paced and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted partner on all people related matters.
Work closely with managers to ensure HR related issues are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner.
Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on all employment related matters in accordance with best practice, company policies and procedures and current legislation.
Lead on all ER cases and ensure all matters are dealt with thoroughly and pragmatically.
Ensure policies and procedures are fit for purpose and fully compliant with current legislation.
Actively participate in EU HR meetings and Town Hall meetings.
Work with managers to develop competency and RACI frameworks and updated job scorecards.
Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
Focus on continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes and making recommendations for change to achieve improved service and efficiency.
Use appropriate data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans where necessary.
Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Support Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop and implement actions from results with managers to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
Develop training plans, coordinate training, monitor, and deliver training where appropriate.
To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.
Support with the implementation of HR projects.
Work closely with the legal team and other HRBP’s including the wider EU HR team.
HR admin tasks related to own business area.

Requirements:

Have a proven track record of partnering with a business function.
HR qualification
Within commutable distance to site
Ability to plan & prioritise workload autonomously.
Good understanding of employment law and regulations.
