Carousel Logistics is looking for a new permanent Warehouse Operative to work in our Coventry Depot. The Warehouse Operative is part of the Network Operations team and a key role centered around the receipt and a re-distribution of freight across the UK. Freight is received from both within the UK and Europe and is sorted, organised, and loaded into network specific requirements. This role influences and effects the service Carousel provides to its key clients. The ideal warehouse operative will work to a high accuracy, at pace whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Operative & Forklift Driver at Carousel Logistics, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

📦 Operating forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.

📦 Organizing and arranging products within the warehouse for easy access and retrieval.

📦 Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

📦 Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining proper documentation.

📦 Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

🔧 Ideally 3 Years Experience Operating Forklift

🔧 Team Player🔧 Adaptability🔧 Having own transport due to location
