Carousel and LSi form Brexit action team
Following the merger of Carousel and LSi earlier this year, the two companies have a firm footing across Europe and are well-placed to work across borders in a post-Brexit landscape, with hubs located in UK, Germany, Poland and Spain. Together, Carousel and LSi boast an unrivalled level of experience in customs and exports, to and from Europe.
The action team will be utilising the extensive capability and knowledge of both organisations, and will ensure that all departments are sharing ‘Brexit Fit’ initiatives with their clients to keep them abreast of operational updates and key factors that may affect their respective industries.
Carousel and LSi work closely with partners and suppliers to coordinate all customs and excise activities. A priority for their Brexit strategy is the development of the company’s IT roadmap, to ensure all potential changes for systems and IT services are encompassed and all transitions are streamlined.
The team will be led by Head of National Operations, Andrew Lowery, and Head of Client Operations Tim Deniz from Carousel Birmingham and Carousel HQ respectively, and supported by Thomas Trübenbach, Branch Manager at LSi Frankfurt and Hendrik Wobben, Project & Business Development Manager, at LSi Munich.
