We are delighted to have presented our second &more Employee Award

Client Experience Account Manager, Linda Webb and Finance Co-ordinator, Cathy Ashby-Clark both won the award for showing outstanding commitment to our values and personifying Carousel's ethos: "we'll do what it takes - and more!"

Linda assisted one of our most valued clients with critical deadlines to fix a vital issue. This issue was causing significant problems with a delay in shipment dispatch. Through quick-thinking and management, Linda helped to alleviate the situation safeguarding the company's brand reputation and delighting our client.

Cathy was recognised after designing and testing a new internal process within the Business Support team. The result was a clearer shared process which helps deliver a better experience for suppliers. In addition it also means the Client Experience team are able to respond to client queries faster.

Both Linda and Cathy received retail vouchers as well as a personalised bottle of champagne to thank them for their &more commitments.

We would also like to congratulate the other nominees for this award - Gemma King, Jade Durkin, Nicola Stevens and Kathy Wilmer. All of whom were also nominated for going the extra mile and truly loving our values.
