New feedback portal for clients launched

Carousel has launched a new Feedback Portal, a tool which gives clients the ability to quickly and easily feedback on recent service experiences with the company.
The new, user-friendly feedback form is available online and is mobile and tablet friendly. Clients can use it to provide any kind of feedback, to make suggestions or even praise individual members of staff. The portal can be accessed by clicking the below link. A link can also be found at the bottom of every staff email.
Carousel already runs an annual survey with clients to monitor current service levels but it will now run this twice yearly from January 2017. This survey, together with the new portal, will bolster the company’s ongoing commitment to continuously assessing service levels, for improved client satisfaction.
Commenting on the launch Tim Deniz, Head of Client Operations, says: “By setting up a new feedback function and increasing the frequency of our client survey, we are giving our clients even more opportunity to communicate with us about the solution we provide to them.
“As a Gold IIP member it is our goal to do everything ‘&more’ to deliver great service, and it is only with client feedback that we know what’s working well and where there is room to improve. Last year, we achieved an NPS score of 81 and this new portal is an important tool in maintaining this exceptional service level. It’s also another great example of how Carousel is always looking for extra ways to go that extra mile for it clients.”
