Carousel holds first long service awards day

A day to celebrate long service employees

We are extremely proud to have held our very first Long Service Award Day on Friday 18th September. In the spirit of Carousel’s culture and rewards program, the day was dedicated to recognising and rewarding those who have shown commitment to Carousel and our ethos over a number of years.

The Leadership Team at Carousel constantly strive to make it a great place to work – a place where our team members can succeed and grow with an environment that’s enjoyable to work within. And we’re truly thrilled to have people within our team who have been with Carousel for more than a decade. These are people who represent the best of our beliefs that we live by and value at Carousel and help us deliver the service excellence for our clients – they’re proof that happy people make happy clients.

We like to think we’re fortunate to be awarding so many Long Service Awards because we have a great People Team who help put together a wide range of benefits. Knowing that a work-life balance is important, we offer an extra day’s paid leave for volunteering efforts, flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to buy or sell annual leave. When thinking about what &more means, we often describe it as being ‘The Little Things That Make a Big Difference’; this is why we offer small frequent rewards and aim to create a relaxed working environment with dress down Fridays.

All those celebrating anniversaries received a Long Service certificate, a voucher or gift of their choice, and for those with ten years or more an additional day’s annual leave and invitation to a celebratory dinner.
