As our Business Development Manager for Germany, you will support our European sales activity through developing new relationships locally by collaborating with European colleagues and giving the business insight into how/where the market will develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Germany, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.


  • Experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the logistics business
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Be fully flexible on travel – with a full clean driving license.
