Key Responsibilities:

Checking export declaration for completeness and prepare/complete exit in Atlas (AES)
Coordinate release and loading process
Preparing transport documents and manifests – always making sure they are sent on time
Checking import documents, arrange customs clearance and monitore and coordinate it
Cutting AWBs and building flight manifests
Filing of safety and security declarations
Emailing clients

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally 2 Years Experience
Team Player
Adaptability
