Key Responsibilities:

• Applying the knowledge of human growth principles to design and implement impactful learning experiences.
• Designing, planning, and executing general management courses and workshops at a group level, with a focus on the WE market.
• Networking and assisting the HRBP’s in matters of people development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs.
• Strong understanding of e-solutions, blended learning, and technology applications in business learning.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in in training and/or facilitation. Human Development Studies, Psychology, or Business Psychology is a plus.
